Transaction History
In October 2004, Buckley Broadcasting (WOR-AM)
decided to relocate its headquarters from 1440 Broadway, its home for 76
years. This decision to relocate was prompted by an expiring lease,
rising rents in its existing building, and aging improvements. After considering
over 20 spaces, Buckley Broadcasting (WOR-AM)
decided to relocate to 111 Broadway and signed a lease for 22,152 square
feet.

The Company
Founded in 1922, WOR 710 AM is New York's
oldest, privately owned and continuously operated radio station. Today, WOR Radio Network serves more than
380 stations in the United States and Canada, feeding original
programming 23 hours a day on 2 satellite channels, WOR1 and WOR2. The
WOR Radio Network utilizes the Starguide GE 8 delivery system via ABC
Satellite services from its flagship station in New York City, WOR-AM
