Transaction History
In May 2000, Wachovia Corporation began a
search for 2,000-4,000 square feet of office space. Wachovia Corporation wanted
to reduce its presence at Carnegie Hall Tower yet stay in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
In October 2000, Wachovia Corporation signed a lease for 2,042 square
feet at 565 Fifth Avenue.
