Transaction History
In July 2000, Wachovia Corporation began
the disposition of its space at Carnegie Hall Tower. In October
2000, with the successful relocation of the Wachovia Corporation to 565
Fifth Avenue, the Bank subleased 9,950 square feet (the entire 37th
floor) at 152 West 57th Street to Westcom Corporation in the same
month.
