Transaction History
In January 2000, Dresdner RCM began
its search for a New York office. After touring fifteen sites in Midtown Manhattan
ranging from 6,000-8,000 square feet, Dresdner RCM signed a
build-to-suit lease for 6,450 square feet at 350 Madison Avenue in July
2000.

The Company
Dresdner RCM Global Investors was established in November 1997. The organization integrates RCM Capital Management, Thornton & Co., the institutional and retail asset management businesses of Kleinwort Benson Investment Management, and BIP Gestion. Dresdner RCM Global Investors forms the core of the Dresdner Bank Group's global asset management activities outside of Germany.
