Transaction History
In April 2000, AFX News desired to open
its first Manhattan office and was interested in viewing space in the
Financial District and Midtown Manhattan. AFX News toured twelve sites
ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet in size before signing a lease in
September 2000 for 1,150 square feet at the World Trade Center.
